Learning the urgent situation, Mr Yang brought his tools and arrived at the destination as soon as he can. After careful examination, he found the problem which was caused by the loose bolt, leading to the gear failing to work. Half an hour later, the machine was started normally, the customer held Mr Yang’s hand with much gratitude, Mr Yang just said with smile, “this is my responsibility”. Holding on the belief that customer is everything and everything for customer, Mr Yang makes great contribution to the service industry and sets a good example to all of us.

Truck Crane Worked in the Beautiful Bashang Prairie

The Sany truck crane specially designed for wind turbine lifting worked in Senjitu wind farm on September 8^th. This wind farm is located in Fengning, Hebei Province of China, which is also called Bashang Prairie because of its high altitude and large tracts of grassland. The Bashang Prairie has become one of the famous tourist spots in recent years because of its vast land and beautiful scenery.

Under the contrast of the blue sky and green grass, Sany truck crane becomes more elegant in red and yellow coating. The machine lifted the gear box, generators, blades and towers in order and put them in the exact position with super lifting capacity and flexible micro-movement capability. The whole lifting and installing process was completed perfectly in one moment. The working process was witnessed by hundreds of people including the working staff and the tourists. All of the people in the site were conquered by the machine’s excellent performance and took many pictures using their mobile phones.

It is the first time for the customer to use Sany truck crane. The performance of the crane machine gave the user a big surprise, he never had thought of the machine can complete this complicated task so perfectly, thus they were not only impressed by the machine’s performance but also conquered by Sany’s advanced design and super manufacturing ability.
